REGULAR CLASSES
January - June

By using different techniques, I suggest one and a half hour of concentration on the self, on the actual state of our body, on its momentarily needs and on feeling. Breathing, voice, posture, stretching, touch and two on two exercises or group exercises will be some of the elements used in the process of active relaxation. The main objective is to create a space through perception of movement of the body which would unlock the physical tensions.
